Trust us, you haven’t lived until you’ve worked up a sweat to “Greased Lightning” or kicked your way, with glittery gold hats, through the finale of A Chorus Line.

Behind the scenes
ChiChi Fit was created by Danella. With a background in musical theatre and dance, Danella combined her love of musical shows and performing with her passion for fitness and wellbeing. By combining these skills and passions, she realized she could keep fit and have fun, all whilst feeling like a Broadway star!
After much research, Danella found a gap in the market for a Broadway (style) workout that is NOT a dance class. It’s a fun, fitness class where you get fit dancing to songs from all the best musical shows. A non-stop class with up to 12 easy-to-follow routines! Danella has been teaching Musical Theatre for over 20 years so she knows how to get you feeling fit and happy through dance!

We are fortunate to be supported and endorsed by Craig Revel Horwood. Craig is a renowned Musical Theatre star, choreographer, director, singer and author. You might also know him as the star-spangled judge on BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing!

This is an ideal opportunity for current musical theatre performers who may be in between auditions and roles, for fitness instructors looking to expand their class offerings, or for amateur theatre enthusiasts who enjoy fitness and want to make an additional income.

Trying a new fitness class can be seriously intimidating. What if everyone there is a regular and you have no clue what you’re doing? However, there’s NO NEED TO WORRY! In ChiChi FIT you don’t need any prior dance experience. It is suitable for all dance and fitness abilities. For starters you’ll get swept up in the music, feeling like you are part of a show! A ChiChi FIT class will include a variety of faster and slower songs, bringing up the intensity and then scaling it back. Mixing it up keeps your body guessing and gives you the best work-out and gets the best results. There’s a warm-up and a cool-down and some effective strength and toning using resistance bands.
Yes! This is a unique fitness experience for your body and mind. We provide an intense, 45 minute Broadway (style) workout (that will make you sweat!). As they say, ‘time flies when you’re having fun’ and so 45 minutes will fly by and you won’t even feel like you’re working out! We also offer ChiChi ENCORE which is a lower intensity class.
